Booking and Cancellation Policy:
These conditions apply to all clients.
To definitively reserve your appointment, we require a deposit of 30% of the total treatment price.
This deposit will be fully refunded to you if you cancel the appointment at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled time. For later cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows), the right to a refund of the deposit is forfeited.
